Technical sizing
Selection is based on building load, use, ambient conditions, electrical supply, pipe routes, service access and budget. Nominal capacity or brand name alone is not a reliable design method.
Procurement & system integration
Equipment, storage, pumps, valves, controls, protection and connection components are treated as one system and sourced project by project in the German market.
Underfloor heating, manifolds and heating circuits
Underfloor heating is more than laying pipe. Room layout, heat load, pipe spacing, circuit length, manifold position, perimeter zones, insulation, screed build-up and later control strategy need to work together. Good planning simplifies hydraulic balancing, avoids unnecessary pressure loss and helps achieve even floor temperatures.
Pipe routing, fittings and installation workmanship
Press or threaded fittings, copper or multilayer pipe, manifolds, isolation, venting, insulation and supports are selected for the actual system. On site, routing should be traceable, service points accessible, bends clean and the installation prepared for testing, maintenance and future extension.
Installation, commissioning & service
Depending on scope, we coordinate or perform installation, piping, leak/functional checks, commissioning, handover, maintenance and spare-part sourcing in Kurdistan.
Design for Kurdistan climate and real operating conditions
Projects in Kurdistan are reviewed against outdoor temperature, building use, insulation, internal loads, available electrical capacity, hot-water demand and operating hours. Equipment is therefore not selected by floor area or catalogue capacity alone. The aim is a technically defensible system with adequate capacity, reasonable energy use and practical maintenance access.
Installation quality, commissioning and lifecycle
Delivery alone does not make a reliable system. Pipework, hydraulics or refrigerant circuits, electrical protection, condensate management, controls, testing and documented commissioning all affect performance and energy use. Service access, spare-parts strategy and future maintenance are considered during project planning where the scope allows.
